Chrisa has practiced law since 1996 mainly as a litigator focused on civil and commercial litigation, international business transaction negotiation.
She undertook her initial training in London at Brebner & Co and later participated in material international negotiations procedures as a counsel of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and while being a senior lawyer at Hellenic Telecommunications SA for 19 years, honed, developed and excelled her litigation skills having undertaken cases of national and international significance, mainly of commercial and business interest.
She greatly values the importance of alternative dispute resolutions and is a fully qualified, accredited and practiced certified Mediator.
Antitrust procedures and personal data protection fall within her recent scope of practice.
Chrisa’s expertise and focus is to strategically plan transactions in order to mitigate against any legal risk and to create legal options in the event that the case does not go to plan; and, if this is the situation, to select and apply the most appropriate legal solution, including ADR and litigation.

Demie has multi-disciplinary experience gained in a number of key positions since first practicing as a business lawyer following her admission to the Athens Law Bar in 1997.
Crafting her skills at the Greek Telecommunication Organisation, she was later employed to both negotiate and execute business transactions while being part of ANTENNA TV S.A.’s legal team.
She has advised and supported businesses – from small startups through to multinationals, both nationally and internationally, in a number of different spheres, but has focused much of her work in the field of telecoms, television and the media and energy. She has particular insight into those services that operate over networks within Greece.
Demie has gained significant experience of working on corporate, commercial and privacy issues faced by companies in their everyday operation; supported organisations to strategically plan their business projects and transactions through to coordinate all legal operations in order to meet with business functionality and objectives and has reputation for developing legal strategies and apply solutions that work.
